Ladies and Gentlemen, first and foremost, I want to seize this opportunity to thank God Almighty for His benevolence and grace upon our lives and for preserving us unto this day.
By the special grace of God, later today, I and my adorable wife, partner and best friend, Mrs Mercy Johnson Okojie will be supporting petty traders through The Prince and Mercy Johnson Okojie Empowerment Initiative. It has become imperative to assist petty traders in the micro economy as the effect of the global economic situation is really biting hardest on everyone most especially the downtrodden of the society who are worst hit.
The “Petty Trader Money Grant” of N10,000 will be disbursed to each of the over 500 beneficiaries drawn from different villages, communities, LGAs and Wards across EsanLand.
