Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), is currently leading in nine of the 11 local government areas where results have already been declared by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in Rivers State.
The Labour Party’s presidential candidate, who won elections in two local government areas in the state, is also trailing Tinubu.
So far, the APC presidential candidate has won local government areas in Gokana, Tai, Opobo/Nkoro, Emohua, Eleme, Omuma, Abua-Odual, Oyigbo, and Asari-Toru.
