Hon Princess Benedicta Attoh has been declared the winner of Etsako East PDP primaries for the forthcoming Local government election in Edo state.
Princess Benedicta Attoh got 26 Votes to beat his rivals Comrade Rabi and Hon Moses Agbukor who pull 3 and 1 votes respectively
The primary was Reportedly held at Okpella.
