The Oghieaga Of the Three Ibvies, HRH, (Mallam) Ali D. Sulayman and the Aidonogie Of south Ibie, Alhaji Kevin Danesi yesterday visited the minister of Niger Delta Development, Hon Abubakar Momoh yesterday at his Asokoro Resident in Abuja.
Speaking, the traditional rulers expressed gratitude to Almighty Allah and president Ahmed Tinubu for the epoch making history in Ibvie with Engr Abubakar Momoh as Minister of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Responding, the Minister expressed his gratitude and assured the traditional leaders that he would utilize his position to address the pressing issues faced by the Niger Delta region, such as infrastructure development, environmental concerns, and empowerment programs for the youth.
He stressed the importance of collaboration between the government, traditional institutions, and the people in order to achieve sustainable development in the region. He emphasized that the peace and stability of the Niger Delta are vital for the overall progress of the country.
The visit concluded with the traditional leaders offering prayers for the success of the Minister and his endeavors in the Niger Delta region. They expressed their confidence in his abilities and pledged their support for his work.
