The Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Edo State, Mr Jarrett Tenebe, has felicitate with the former permanent secretary in the ministry of Agriculture and ruler development, Dr Ernest Afolabi Umakhikhe on his birthday.
Mr Tenebe, in his message to Dr Umakhikhe, praised him for his dedication and loyalty to the party.
