Israel DMW‘s estranged wife’s friend, Ginika, has denied accusations of being responsible for the breakdown of his marriage to Sheila.
In a statement on Instagram, she expressed her innocence and clarified that she had no prior knowledge of the issues in their marriage.
She had advised reconciliation, but as the situation unfolded, she realized Sheila was mentally drained and chose to support her friend.
Ginika emphasised that she had no hand in their separation and was not capable of sabotaging marriages.
She expressed hope that her denial would put the matter to rest, as the allegations have affected her mental health and work.
She stated: “It is very important I clear the air…I repeat to say, I had no hand in the separation between my friend Sheila and Her ex-husband. Initially, when I heard about the news, I was also surprised that’s why I called to know what was wrong because, at the end of the day, Sheila is my friend and dear to me.
“I advised initially for the issues to be resolved as I had no prior knowledge of what was actually going on, but things started unfolding in the whole saga, even then I knew there was no going back to the marriage as she was drained mentally, and I had to be a friend at first instinct.
“For so long, I thought I could handle the backlash as I’m innocent of all claims and defamatory words on the internet. I just wanna say this one more time: I had nothing to do with the separation, and I’ll never be a party to separating marriages; having said that, all claims against me are wrong, and I hope it can be seen in a different light as it has affected my mental health and work over the last couple of months.”
