Residents of Stephen Oghudu Street in Okpujie Quarters and Idumu Esogban Quarters in Amedokhian erupted in joy as they welcomed new solar street lights, a project made possible by Rt. Hon. Prince Odi Okojie, affectionately known as Mr. Project.
The community celebrated with vibrant dances and heartfelt praises for their House of Representatives member representing Esan North East/Esan South East.
“With this light you’ve given us, may darkness never touch your life. As you have filled our hearts with joy, may happiness follow you always. Your resources will remain abundant,” proclaimed the wife of the late Emma, expressing gratitude to Mr. Project.
Men, women, and youth from Okpujie Quarters gathered to offer their prayers for the Hon. Member. The enthusiasm was palpable, with the sentiment that the arrival of light signifies the end of darkness.
The event marked a significant milestone for the community, reinforcing hope and the promise of continued progress under Mr. Project’s leadership.
