Hon. Victor Ureshemi Akande, a two-time House of Assembly aspirant from Akoko-Edo North Constituency and former President of the National Association of Edo State Students (Uniport Chapter) who also doubled as Director of Sports, NAESS NATIONAL in 2010/2011, has called on the youths of Edo State to continue their support for Governor Sen. Monday Okpebholo led administration.
Acclaiming the Governor as a youth-friendly leader, Hon. Akande highlighted the inclusion of young individuals in Okpebholo’s administration, assuring the youths that Governor Okpebholo is committed to delivering the dividends of democracy to the people of Edo State.
Hon. Akande emphasized the importance of the Project SHINE agenda, which aims to address the state’s infrastructural challenges across various sectors. The agenda is designed to bring about significant improvements and elevate the living standards of Edo people.
Hon. Akande believes the youth can play a crucial role in fostering positive change and development in Edo State. He urged them to remain engaged and proactive in contributing to the state’s progress, reinforcing the idea that a united effort will lead to tangible results for our dear state.
He also assures the youths both in the entertainment industry to continue to pride the image of the state and project the government of Sen. Monday Okpehbolo.
