AAU Law Students Stand By Iyeomoan Emmanuel Ehizogie For SUG

Law Students of the Ambrose Alli University (AAU), through its “Stakeholders Forum” has certified IYEOMOAN EMMANUEL EHIZOGIE fit for purpose for the key position in the Students Union Government 2021.

The race to the Students Union Government (2021 Leadership Year) has been full of rough edges, and highly competitive especially during this new era in AAU where the government of Edo State is trying to rebrand the first State University in Nigeria, founded in Ekpoma by Prof. Ambrose Folorunsho Alli.

After much deliberations at the Faculty of Law Stakeholders Forum (which captures the collective interest of the Faculty of Law Student Community), the Faculty of Law unanimously decided to throw its full weight on the candidacy of one IYEOMOAN EMMANUEL EHIZOGIE who is aspiring to serve in the topmost position of the Student Union of Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma.

IYEOMOAN EMMANUEL EHIZOGIE is the premier Editor-in-Chief of The Mexodus (AAU SUG magazine) and author of many literary works including the famous poem, “Fulani Boy” and the poetry anthology “Flames of the Forest” and “Mount Orgasm” and his works have won local and international awards.

IYEOMOAN EMMANUEL EHIZOGIE is an Edo State indigene, a 300-level Law student of Ambrose Alli University, who attended Kings’ College, Lagos and has also completed a first degree program in Economics and Statistics from the University of Benin and completed the National Youth Service Corps assignment. The young under 26 Sapele-born, Lagos-raised, UNIBEN-groomed Edo indigene, said his desire to become a lawyer and also to fulfill a divine purpose led him to go back to study Law immediately after completing his national Service. He is said to be a First Class student and aspirant and SUG aspirant from the Faculty of Law.

In a landslide rating/survey decided on the 21st of June 2021, the Faculty of Law Stakeholders Forum certified the slogan and candidacy of IYEOMOAN EMMANUEL EHIZOGIE which is “Towards a Rebranded AAU” codenamed – Vision TARA.

Speaking with newsmen at Ekpoma, the spokesman for IYEOMOAN EMMANUEL EHIZOGIE, Mr. Abumere Joseph (alias Glorious Joe) stated that “Team EHIZOGIE is grateful for this opportunity to promote and project the general interest of the Student Community.”

Speaking further, a member of the Stakeholders Forum and Law student of AAU added that –

“We on this note, call on one and all students of Ambrose Alli University to join hands with IYEOMOAN EMMANUEL EHIZOGIE to fix AAU.”

As for the other aspirant jostling for the number one student position at AAU Ekpoma, the Faculty of Law has unanimously spoken that it will feature only one aspirant in the race and has advised the other to shelve that ambition and join hands with IYEOMOAN EMMANUEL EHIZOGIE to promote the collective interest of the Faculty.
