The leadership of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in South Uneme Ward ten has dismissed the claim by the leaders of the Party in Ward Nine that South Uneme Zone three has endorsed the Candidature of the embattled Etsako Central APC Chaiman, Comrade Suleiman Bagudu for Continuity.
Reacting to the Claim that the Zone has endorsed Bagudu, the leader of the Party in Ward ten, Mr. Salifu Musa has dismissed in totality the Statement by Mr. Nathaniel Badaiki that the Zone has endorsed Bagudu as the biggest lie of the century to deceive members of the Public.
According him, Bagudu has violated the directive given to him by a National leader of the Party, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole to attend the meeting convened by the Central leader, Chief J. B. Aloye in the latter’s house by holding another meeting in Anegbette instead of the one convened by the Central leader.
Mr. Musa further said the refusal of Bagudu to respect the directive of Oshiomhole is a clear indication that he (Bagudu) has no respect for the former Edo governor whom he used to say is his boss and leader.
His words: How can a man (Bagudu) who always beat his chest that Oshiomhole is his leader and mentor now be the first person to disobey him.? He has portrayed his true Character to Oshiomhole.
I want to use this medium to disassociate the entire Ward ten from the purported endorsement of Bagudu.
We are not part of it. How many leaders from Ward ten were there? None.? We stand by the decision of the party to Zone the Chairmanship position to Ward Five.The party is Supreme and it is the Supremacy of the party that brought Bagudu as the LGA Chairman
