As 2023 draw closer, PDP has started having their own share of suspension from left to right.
The national Chairman of PDP was suspended and a new Acting National Chairman has resumed his position as well as making decision for the party.
Uche Secondus was suspended from his ward and it was rectified by majority of PDP excos from his Local Government Area, finally Court has spoken and the court order has been obeyed by PDP.
Don’t forget before PDP presidential Primary Election in 2019 , Governor Wike was not supporting Atiku but finally Atiku got the party presidential ticket to fly the party’s flag in 2019 Presidential Election then Gov. Wike has no choice than to support his party Presidential Candidate.
Former Vice President of Nigeria, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar 2023 Presidential interest is threatening PDP existence.
The suspended national Chairman of PDP, Prince Uche Secondus is speculated to be more closer to Atiku and Wike is not okay with the political romance between them.
In some quarters, People are saying Secondus suspension might be connected to the power that be because he is not in the camp of Rivers State Governor and for that he must Go, don’t forget Governor Wike supported and campaigned for Prince Uche Secondus to be the National Chairman of the Party.
Atiku and his team has been visiting Governors of PDP to get first hand information from them and with that some people in the Party are not Comfortable with the move because they are saying it is 2023 Aspiration that is gingering him and the move is highly connected to it.
Former APC national Chairman, Adams Oshiomole was suspended from his ward and rectified by then factional chairman, court acted on it by asking Oshiomole to leave the seat. Thesame scenario is still happening in PDP , can Prince Uche Secondus accept the decision of his people from his ward or not , only time will tell.
PDP crack might be connected to 2023 General Election that is 2years away.
