A video shared online shows the moment a moving vehicle’s fuel tank was secured with a padlock at an undisclosed location.
However, it’s assumed that the driver secured his fuel tank following the high level of stealing of fuel from someone’s vehicle in the driver’s area.
In the video, the vehicle could be seen moving while it’s fuel tank is being secured with padlock.
