A GROUP of Christian fanatics held a religious prayer meeting on the ever busy Ring Road in Benin City yesterday, September 5, 2021 in the morning.
Their activities caused a serious traffic jam and they constituted themselves into a nuisance with their noise pollution.
An old woman who is an adherent of the traditional religion decided to pray solo in the same Ring Road at the same time that the Christians were praying.

This drew the ire of the Christians and they pounced on the helpless woman old enough to be their grandmother and assaulted her in their ‘bid’ to perhaps forcefully convert her to Christianity.
Passersby watched as she was dealt with several blows on the day that Godin his wisdom created for man to rest according to the Holy Bible. She fought back feebly and was groaning in severe pains due to the assault.
There was no arrests made by the police and the unnamed old woman in question was left to her fate to lick her wounds.
