A returning officer was held hostage by voters when he tried to falsify results for election that did not hold in Ihiala, Anambra State.
Captured on a video as tempers raged, the returning officer tried to explain that he was not the one that recorded the said results but the INEC ad hoc staff, a corper.
In Ihialà LGA, there was no voting today but the returning officer came to submit results but he received more than he bargained for
