The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has expelled fifteen members from the Kebbi State chapter of the party after finding them guilty of anti-party activities.
Trixx NG learnt that the affected members were first expelled at the state level before their expulsion was ratified at the national level by the National Working Committee (NWC) in line with the provision of the PDP Constitution (2017 as amended).
In a statement on Monday signed by the PDP National Publicity Secretary, Kola Ologbondiyan said the NWC of the party affirmed the suspension of the affected members.
According to the statement, the expelled members were; Garba Abubakar Besse, Ibrahim Usman Manzo, Muhd Ruwa R.K, Musa Ibrahim Manzo, Umar Yakubu Kamba, Abdulmalik Haliru Milton, Haruna Shayau, Isiyaku Daudu, Saleh Gambo.
Others were; Bello Muhd Gulmare, Junaidu Wasagu, Muhd Idris Afan, Abubakar Kurunkudu, Hajiya Yalli, Haruna Isa.
The statement also urged all members in Kebbi state to remain calm, united and focused, and not allow any agents of destabilization to derail our party in the collective quest to rescue the state as well as the nation from the misrule of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
