Following a court of appeal has adjourned a case that seeks to dismiss President Muhammadu Buhari as President of Nigeria and declare Atiku as president, Comrade Deji Adeyanju, a well known human rights activist took to his Twitter handle to respond by saying that Atiku will not come anywhere.

In a recent Punch news report, a group named the Incorporated Trustees of the Civil Society Observatory for Constitutional and Legal Compliance Demands the impeachment of President Muhammadu Buhari for allegedly using a false affidavit in the 2019 parliamentary elections.
However, the group called on the court to declare Atiku Abubakar president because he was second in the 2019 presidential election.
The Incorporated Trustees of the Civil Society Observatory for Constitutional and Legal Compliance also stated that the assertion that President Buhari’ s academic qualification papers are with the military council is false.
The group says that none of the government institutions, agencies, departments or authorities named Military Board existed in Nigeria as of the 24th of November 2014, when President Buhari filed a sworn statement in the Federal High Court.
When APC and Buhari supported these claims, they said that the Supreme Court had already settled this matter in the case of Abubakar Atiku and Another Vs INEC and others.
With regard to this APC and Buhari requested that the court follow the decision taken by the Supreme Court in this case.
As a result of this news, Deji Adeyanju stated that Atiku will not come anywhere and that President Buhari will complete his mandate.
He said that these people planting these crazy stories are just trying to milk Atiku and Atiku is also aware of that.
