An 80-year-old man has offered to join the Ukrainian army, following the invasion of the country by Russia this week.
In a viral photo, the grandfather had showed up with a small bag containing two T-shirts, a pair of extra pants, a toothbrush and a few sandwiches for lunch.
He reportedly said he wanted to fight for the sake of his grandchildren
