The immediate ex Chairman of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Owan west, Hon Frank Ilaboya , has dumped the in Edo state.
He said his exit from the PDP in the state is personal.
Hon Frank announced his defection on Friday in a letter addressed to the chairman of Owan west.
