Mr Abdulrasheed Bawa, former Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, has been released by the Department of State Services, DSS.
Mr. Bawa was released on Wednesday night after been detained for 135 days.
Afemai Reporters reported that The Senate on Wednesday, October 18, confirmed the nomination of Ola Olukoyede and Muhammad Hassan Hammajoda for appointment as chairman and secretary respectively of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
The New Chairman, Ola Olukoyede, has since resumed Office.
