BREAKING: More Trouble In Edo PDP As Party Suspends Chairman

….Accuse Him Of Hoarding Obaseki’s Christmas Package

‘If the mountain will not come to Muhammad, then Muhammad must go to the mountain’, that seems to be the present update in the ongoing battle between Obaseki and the PDP.

Wow, just when we thought the PDP crisis was about wrapping up it has taken another whole new dimension, we can confidently beat our chest and say the PDP’s crisis has just begun.

If the NWC of the party refuses to dissolve the State Exco then let us do it independently. “Wahala b like mad man, e no dey shame for him nakedness.”

The PDP is set for self-destruction, we earlier predicted that the battle would descend into the streets and become rowdy but we never knew it would take immediate effect.

The beginning of PDP’s fractionalization has just been established, how long it would take to be over is yet to be seen, but we sure know that the battle is going to shift to the courts any moment from now.

Some local government executives today suspended the PDP Egor Party chairman alongside his secretary. Their suspension was well celebrated by a faction of the party after which they declared their unalloyed support for the Edo State Governor, Godwin Obaseki.

The Local Government Party chairman, Mr Manfred Ekundayo Idehen and his secretary, Mr Moses Osarunmwense Godwin were both suspended for so many reasons. Chief among the reasons was their alleged “confiscating the Christmas package from Governor Godwin Obaseki to the local government on the directive of Bar. Nosa Adams”

Hmm, we never knew the State Government shares Christmas packages with party leaders or members, it would be quite shameful if true.

From the look of things, the war has shifted to the grassroots, so only the strong would survive, how long the PDP legacy members would endure the onslaught set to hit each local government chapter is yet to be seen.

But one thing we know for sure is that the battle has only just begun.
