Governor Rotimi Akeredolu of Ondo state has defeated Mr. Eyitayo Jegede in a judgement with respect to the October 10 governorship election in the state, at the Court of Appeal.
The appeal court sitting in Akure, the state capital dismissed as lacking in merit, the case of the appellant, Eyitayo Jegede of the PDP against Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu of the APC.
