Information reaching Afemai Reporters is that Conoil Filling Station believed to belong to the Deputy Governor of Edo State, Comrade Philip Shaibu situated on Ekenwa Road axis of Benin City, the state capital has been sealed up by officials of the state Ministry of Mining and Energy.
