The Kano Police Headquarters in Bompai, Nasarawa Local Government, is said to be on fire, with many offices and files believed to have been burned to ashes.
The State Fire Service has since been dispatched to the scene to put out the raging fire on the command’s one-story building.
According to unconfirmed reports, the entire upstairs was destroyed by fire, with the exception of the office of State Police Commissioner Mamman Dauda, which is heavily fortified.
