The Chairman of the Edo State Board for Technical and Vocational Education, Barr. Onomen Goodness Briggs, has joined political leaders, stakeholders, and well-wishers in celebrating the birthday of the Edo State Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Emperor Jarrett Tenebe.
