It was a sad scenario to have lost such a wonderful great man, a naturally born phylantropist, rare gem, an icon, Business mogul and who is a light and source of hope to many souls. I say this not as the usual tribute to the dead but in actual testimony of his exemplary life.
Captain Hosa Wells Okunbo as a great Benin man, he is not a politician. Yet, Captain always strived for the development of Benin kingdom and Edo in general whereby he has attract many growth and development to the benefit of all Edolites and those that are residing in Edo State as a whole through his wealth of experience as a successful business man.
Indeed all Edo Sons/daughters both home and Abroad, we are all still in a shocked for this great lost up to this moment, we look left, right, back and front there is no man like Captain Hosa for the way he sees things in believing in service to humanity and very passionate about Benin kingdom and Edo in general.
It is not a news that no one ever entered Cappi house with sadness and come out the same way, he put smile on faces and give hope to hopeless. His kindness and generosity by lifting many people out of poverty is beyond reasonable doubt.
Captain HOSA is a partner in development to Benin kingdom, a bossom friend to palace and our Oba respective. Who always given necessary support to the palace at all time. Captain during his lifetime has touched, blessed and Support many organization both individual, organization, politician, religion’s leaders and above all he sees everyone’s problems as his own.
It is no more a doubt that the gap you left behind in Benin kingdom, Edo State and Nigeria at large its not easy to forget unusual ways and performance in all ramifications of life.
I pray may God forgive all his shortcomings and grant him heavenly paradise and give his immediate family courage to bear this irreparable loss. Amen.
