Dr. Ernest Afolabi Umakhihe Celebrates Muslims on Eid El Kabir

The former Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, Dr. Ernest Afolabi Umakhihe, extended warm greetings to the Muslim community in Nigeria and beyond on the occasion of Eid El Kabir.
