Edo state Commissioner for Education, Dr. Paddy Iyamu, has extended warm felicitations to APC Chieftain and former Edo State Deputy Governor, Rt. Hon. Dr. Pius Egberamwen Odubu, the Okakuo 1 of the Universe, on his birthday.
