Edo Guber: North Ibie Shutdown As APC’s Okpebholo Storm Imiegbai

The North Ibie communitie in Etsako East LGA was abuzz with as the APC governorship candidate, Senator Monday Okpebholo, visited the Imiegbai for campaigns.

Accompanied by the Minister of Niger Delta, Hon Abubakar Momoh, Senator Adams Oshiomole, Hon Philip Shaibu and many APC chieftains, the crowd eagerly awaited the arrival of the political leaders till late at night.

Addressing his people, Minister Momoh urged them to support and vote for Senator Okpebholo in the upcoming gubernatorial election. He praised the candidate’s proven track record of service and his commitment to the development of the region.

In his remarks, Senator Okpebholo expressed his surprise at the impressive turnout, even in the evening hours. He promised the people that he would not disappoint them if elected as the next governor of Edo State.

Okpebholo outlined his plans for the state, including the creation of over 5,000 teaching jobs, the construction of roads, the building of schools, the restoration of electricity to communities, the improvement of healthcare services, and the enhancement of security to enable farming and agriculture. He also pledged to provide soft loans to market women and farmers to support their livelihoods.
