Edo Guber: Women’s Group Endorses  Senator Okpebholo As Candidate For Edo Election

The Gracious Intellectual Women Development Forum, a group focused on empowering and uplifting women, has endorsed the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate, Senator Monday Okpebholo, for the upcoming Edo state election.

Speaking on behalf of the forum, the state coordinator, Mrs. Ikhiwu Beauty, stated that the organization is dedicated to providing a supportive network, promoting gender equality, and creating opportunities for women to thrive and make a positive impact on society through education, advocacy, and community engagement.

The founder and Director-General of the forum, Ambassador Ivie Uwaifo, echoed the group’s vision of empowering women for a greater tomorrow. She expressed the forum’s belief in Senator Okpebholo’s capacity to move Edo state forward.

Responding to the endorsement, the Director-General of Senator Okpebholo’s campaign, Senator Mathew Uroghide, expressed appreciation for the group’s support. He assured the forum that the APC candidate, if elected as governor, would not neglect anyone.
