A chieftain of APC and Frontline aspirant vying for Egor/Ikpoba-Okha federal constituency seat, Hon. Pius Alile, accompanied with some leaders of the party and supporters yesterday visited the home of the former deputy governor of the state; His Excellency Rt.(Hon). Dr. Pius Egberanmwen Odubu to sought for his prayers and counsel as part of his consultations.
Hon. Pius Alile, at Odubu’s residence, said, it became very imperative to visit the former Deputy Governor who is a father and a major stakeholder in the politics of Edo State.
Alile also seized the opportunity to declared his ambition to represent his people at the green chambers.
Eulogizing Alile, Odubu thanked him for according him his respect with his recognition as a leader, and implored him to continue to carry on with his consultations following the rules of engagement politically, adding that, the party will ensure a level playing ground for all aspirants.
Moreso, he also said he will give him the needed support at the appropriate time when the need arises and afterwards, offered prayers
