The former permanent secretary in the ministry of agriculture and ruler development and former governorship aspirant Under the platform of All Progressive Congress [APC], Dr Ernest Afolabi Unakhikhe has extended warm greetings and felicitations to the Muslim community in Edo state on the occasion of Eid-el-Fitr. The festival marks the end of Ramadan, a month of fasting and reflection for Muslims around the world.
