Eid-el-Kabir:  Dr Lucky Eseigbe Felicitates with Muslims, Urges Unity

The Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Dr. Lucky Eseigbe, has extended warm felicitations to Muslims in Edo State and beyond on the occasion of Eid-el-Kabir. On behalf of the Ministry, Dr. Eseigbe emphasized the importance of the virtues of sacrifice, devotion, and faith that the celebration embodies.

He urged the people of Edo State, particularly Muslims, to promote peace, unity, and mutual respect within their communities. Dr. Eseigbe called for collective efforts to build a harmonious and prosperous society where diversity is celebrated.

The Commissioner prayed for Allah’s blessings upon the Muslim community, wishing them peace, happiness, and prosperity. He concluded with a message of unity and progress, affirming his commitment to the development of Edo State and its 18 Local Government Areas.

On behalf of the Ministry of Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, I extend my heartfelt felicitations to all Muslim faithfuls in Edo State and across the Federation, as you joyfully celebrate Eid-al-Adha.

This sacred religious celebration reminds us of the virtues of sacrifice, devotion, and faith. As you commemorate this blessed occasion, may you be inspired by the exemplary spirit of obedience, generosity, and compassion that Eid embodies.

I urge the good people of Edo State, especially our Muslim brothers and sisters, to continue to promote peace, unity and mutual respect within our communities in the eighteen Local Government Areas.
