Edo State APC Chairman, Emperor Jarrett Tenebe, has felicitated with Muslims in the state on the occasion of Eid-El-Maulud, the birthday of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (SAW).
In a statement, Tenebe praised the Prophet’s teachings of peace, love, and compassion, and urged Muslims to emulate his exemplary life.
As Edo State prepares for the governorship election on Saturday, Tenebe sought prayers from the Muslim community for a peaceful and successful poll. He emphasized the importance of unity, tolerance, and understanding in building a prosperous and harmonious society.
Tenebe expressed gratitude for the peaceful coexistence between Muslims and people of other faiths in Edo State and called for continued support for the APC’s vision for the state’s progress.
“We seek your prayers for divine guidance, wisdom, and protection for our candidates, party members, and the entire electorate as we go to the polls,” Tenebe said.
