A former Living Faith Church Choir Mistress, Mrs Augustina Abode has allegedly Committed Adultery with Mr.Osaze Evidence Isaac.
Hearing of the Petition fixed for Monday 13th December 2021 was adjourned to 27th January, 2022.
The husband to the accused, Mr. Friday Abode is seeking dissolution of the marriage in a suit filed at the Customary Court, Auchi in Edo North Senatorial district.
The Petitioner is seeking dissolution of the Native Law and Custom marriage which took place on the 4th of April 2010 on grounds of desertion of her matrimonial home and Adultery by the 1st Respondent, Mrs Augustina Abode with the 2nd Respondent, Mr. Evidence Osaze Isaac.
Other reliefs seeking by the Petitioner include an Order by the Court to grant him the Customary of the four Children produced by the marriage, an Order for the first Respondent to return the bride price paid on her head and the Sum of Three Million Naira ( # 3,000000 ) Naira only as damages from the 2nd Respondent, Mr. Osaze Isaac for destroying his marriage.
Counsels to the Petitioner, A.A Atemoagbo and Co. expressed the hope that justice with be done to the case.
