The Edo State Police Command has arrested four of its officials seen in a video assaulting two persons in Sapele Road area of Benin, the state capital.
The command yesterday in an online statement by spokesman Bello Kontongs, stated that the officials involved in the “unprofessional conduct and incivility against two young men” had been “identified, arrested and subsequently defaulted.”
One of the policemen is an inspector, Kotongs said.
