The Former candidate for Edo state house of Assembly, Hon Obaro Rasak has congratulated Hon Abubakar Momoh on his appointment as minister of the federal republic of Nigeria representing Edo state.
In a state signed by him, Obaro said Momoh popularity is not surprising, as his acceptability cuts across the three senatorial districts of the state.
