The police in Edo state have revealed that the gun men who invaded the train station in Edo state on Saturday have started making contacts with families of some of the kidnapped victims.
Edo State Command’s Public relations Officer, SP Chidi Nwabuzor, disclosed that the family of one of the kidnapped victims were at the police station to report that the kidnappers contacted them to pick up some of their relatives that were earlier kidnapped.
He stated that though, on getting to the said place and waiting for several hours the family members did not receive their loved ones as agreed by the kidnappers
However the state police commissioner, CP Mohamed Dankwara in company of other security agencies are on their way to the scene of the incident.
