Set to take place at 4pm today, the Prime Minister is to virtually meet Mr Biden, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, French President Emmanuel Macron, Italian Prime Minister Mario Draghi, Polish President Andrzej Duda and Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. The EU and NATO chiefs are also expected to join the talks. It comes as more than 100,000 Russian troops, tanks, artillery and missiles continue massed along Ukraine’s borders, with meetings between the West and the Kremlin failing to defuse tensions and reaching similar conclusions each time: Moscow wants guarantees NATO is not willing to offer.
