As former Edo State Governor and National Chairman of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Comrade Adams Oshiomhole, clocks 70 today, Esan South-East Esan/North-East House of Representatives hopeful and Husband to popular actress Mercy Johnson, Prince Odi Okojie has rolled out a statement describing him as a gem that his home Edo State is proud of.
Adams Oshiomhole was born on 4 April 1952, and rose in politics to become governor of the state in 2008 when the state was totally messed up by previous Administration after serving As Nigeria labour Congress NLC president for 8years.
In a statement released on Monday by his Media, prince Odi expressed hope that Adams Oshiomhole 70th birthday would be full of love from family and friends and would bring him happy memories.
Prince Odi described Adams Oshiomhole as an illustrious son of Edo State and a quintessential businessman and politician who made a difference in service to Nigeria and the state in different capacities wholeheartedly.
“You were able to carve a niche for yourself in the annals of Nigeria’s democratic progress. To us, you shine like a brilliant gem flourishing in all great endeavours,” Okojie said in a statement released Monday.
