Joseph Okonigene, Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Pipeline Surveillance, has extended warm congratulations to Hon. Sylvester Aigboboh on his appointment as the Acting State Deputy Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Edo State.
