Commotion ensued in the Isolo area of Lagos State on Friday as fire engulfed the popular Oke-Afa Plank Market, Kpako.
The fire was said to have started at about 9pm and did spread quickly, with many shops burnt down.
The cause of the inferno remains unknown as of the time of filing this report.
Goods worth millions of naira were destroyed as they burnt to ashes following the incident.
