A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Uhunmwode Local Government Area, Engr. Osaze Imasogie, has extended warm birthday wishes to the Edo State APC Chairman, Emperor Jarrett Tenebe, describing him as a courageous and visionary leader.
