The Kogi State Commissioner for Environment, Adewale Omofaiye, has been reportedly shot on the leg by gunmen who, however, abducted other co-travellers on their way to Lokoja Sunday evening.
The incident was reported to have occurred on the Ikoyi – Iyara axis of the state at about 5 pm.
