Simon Bako Lalong, the Director General of Tinubu Campaign Organisation and the Governor of Plateau State, has lost his polling unit to the Labour Party’s Presidential Candidate, Peter Obi, at polling unit 015, Kurumbo Ward B of Plateau State’s Shendam Local Government Area.
Lalong is running for the Plateau South Senatorial District in Saturday’s election. He voted at the LEA Primary School Ajikamai’s Unit 015.
Sowan Stephen, the unit’s presiding officer, announced that Peter Obi of the Labour Party received 104 votes, Bola Ahmed Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress received 88 votes, and Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party received eight votes.
