The All Progressives Congress (APC) Candidate for House Representatives in Esan North East and Esan South East Federal Constituency, Prince Odi Okojie, has congratulated Asiwaju Ahmed Bola Tinubu, on his emergence as the Presidential Candidate of the APC in the incoming 2023 presidential election.
In a statement issued by his Media Team, Prince Odi Okojie described the process that culminated into the emergence of the former Governor of Lagos State, Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu, as credible, transparent and democratic in recent Nigeria political parties history.
“Your Excellency, your emergence as APC Presidential Candidate in a credible, transparent and sufficiently democratic process, laid premium on the fact that, APC is united, cohesive, stronger, and as such, send a clear message of our strong political will and determination to engender the desired national transformation needed to turn-around the fortunes of our dear nation, Nigeria.
“I commend your tenacity, resilience, doggedness and determination toward the pursuit of your ambition, without indulging in any unwholesome engagement that could have compromised the image of our beloved party.
“Your Excellency, your victory is indeed, a resounding victory for members of our great party, APC, Nigeria and that of our highly prized democracy. In the same light, your victory will certainly serves as a positive example for our nation’s political parties internal democracy”.
He added; “I humbly urge you to be magnanimous in victory, as that has been your attitude, and carry along, other aspirants that contested against you, for the common interest of our party’s victory in the incoming 2023 general election”.
“I commend the Presidential Aspirants for their patriotism, maturity and spirit of sportsmanship. I am absolutely confident that, the outcome of this transparent and democratic primary election will inspire hope, maximize our skills and potentials, that will lead us to a shared prosperity and development.
