A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Orhionmwon Local Government Area of Edo State, Dr Stephen Idehen, has congratulated the APC National Woman Leader, Dr Mary Idele Alile, on her appointment as Secretary of the Women Mobilization Directorate of the APC 2027 Presidential Campaign Council.
In a congratulatory message, Dr Idehen described the appointment as a well-deserved recognition of Dr Alile’s commitment, dedication and outstanding contributions to the growth and development of the APC.
He noted that Dr Alile has continued to demonstrate exemplary leadership in mobilising women and other stakeholders for the advancement of the party, adding that her experience and organisational capacity would be invaluable to the success of the 2027 presidential campaign.
According to him, the appointment is not only a personal achievement for Dr Alile but also a source of pride to the people of Edo State and the APC family across the country.
Dr Idehen expressed confidence that Dr Alile would bring her wealth of experience, energy and grassroots mobilisation skills to bear on her new responsibility, particularly in strengthening women’s participation and support for the APC ahead of the 2027 general elections.
He further congratulated the leadership and members of the APC for entrusting such an important responsibility to a capable and committed party leader.
“Dr Mary Idele Alile has distinguished herself as a dependable and dedicated leader. Her appointment as Secretary of the Women Mobilization Directorate of the APC 2027 Presidential Campaign Council is a testament to her hard work, loyalty and commitment to the party.

He prayed for wisdom, strength and divine guidance for Dr Alile as she assumes her new responsibility, while urging APC members, particularly women across Edo State and Nigeria, to rally behind her and support the party’s mobilisation efforts.
Dr Idehen wished Dr Alile a successful tenure and expressed optimism that her leadership would inspire greater participation of women and strengthen the APC’s grassroots support ahead of the 2027 presidential election.
