The Acting Auditor-General of Edo State, Alhaji Okhimamhe Abbas Suleman, has felicitated with the Governor of Edo State, Senator Monday Okpebholo, on the occasion of his 56th birthday.
In a goodwill message to mark the governor’s birthday, Alhaji Suleman described Governor Okpebholo as a dedicated and visionary leader whose commitment to the development and wellbeing of the people of Edo State remains commendable.
He congratulated the governor for attaining the milestone, describing his 56th birthday as an opportunity to celebrate not only his life but also his contributions to the growth and progress of the state.
According to him, Governor Okpebholo’s administration has demonstrated a strong determination to improve the lives of Edo people through purposeful governance, infrastructural development and policies aimed at creating a better future for citizens.
Alhaji Suleman noted that effective leadership requires courage, wisdom and a genuine commitment to public service, qualities he said Governor Okpebholo has continued to demonstrate in the discharge of his responsibilities as governor.
He said, “I warmly congratulate His Excellency, Senator Monday Okpebholo, on the occasion of his 56th birthday. This is a remarkable milestone, and I join the good people of Edo State in thanking Almighty God for granting our governor the gift of life and the opportunity to serve our people.”
The Acting Auditor-General further prayed for God’s continued guidance, wisdom, sound health and strength for the governor as he leads the state.
He expressed confidence that Governor Okpebholo would continue to provide purposeful leadership and advance the development of Edo State, while urging all stakeholders and residents to support the administration in its efforts to build a more prosperous and peaceful state.
