Major roads in Asaba are currently not passable as surging flood from the downpour has taken over the city.
Recall, two weeks ago, vehicles were submerged in mud water at the popular Nnebisi road after rain fell.
Today, Okpanam expressway, a major road that leads to the government house and legislative quarters in the capital city was captured flooded as motorists struggled to maneuver their way.
