The seeming Crisis rocking Auchi APC yesterday took another dimension as Auchi APC leaders under the leadership of Alh Jim Garuba suspend the four wards Youth leaders from holding APC meetings until there is a rebuttal of the communique it issued calling on APC and comrade Adams Oshiomhole to help put a stop to the marginalization of Auchi politicians.
Our sources who monitor the Whatsapp group chat of the Auchi APC platform said the decision of the party leaders is not welcome by majority of party faithful especially the Youths who bear their minds on the issues and showed solidarity to the Auchi APC Youths leader, Alh, Prince MKO Momoh for his courage and tenacity.
Auchi APC Youths had on Sunday called an enlarge APC youth meeting where a communique was issued on myriad of issues agitating the minds of the youths specifically calling on Comrade Adams Oshiomhole to address its marginalization in view of the community’s contribution to the success of APC..
Another source told AfemaiReporters that the decision of the leaders of Auchi to refute the communique, compelling the youths wing to do same and suspending youths from holding meetings at this critical electoral period is not a wise one and has the potentials to reduce auchi people’s enthusiasm towards APC and Adam Oshiomhole.
The source said the decision is sycophantic, face saving and nothing but ‘busy body’ just to impress comrade Adams Oshiomhole who should know better that the votes doesn’t come from leaders but the youths and express optimism that the comrade knows what to do and shouldn’t give in to the shenanigans of the auchi leaders but make efforts to address the main issues as Auchi remains APC strongholds and that fact shouldn’t be toy with as opposition parties are watching.
