Member Elect, House of Representatives, Orhionmwon Uhunmwode Federal Constituency, Chief Dr. Billy Adesuwa Osawaru has congratulated the outgoing member of the House of Representatives and his distinguished predecessor, Rt Hon. Patrick Aisowerein on his well deserved nomination by His Excellency, President Muhammadu Buhari, GCFR for the coveted Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) appointment.
